Ramadane Hagne
Senior Consultant, Regional DeliveryRamadane Hagne is a Senior Consultant, Regional Delivery at IMACS with over ten years of experience supporting governments and international organizations to strengthen health systems across Africa. His expertise spans health systems strengthening, disease surveillance, immunization, organizational transformation, digital health, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout his career, Ramadane has worked with a range of international organizations and development partners, including Dalberg, UNICEF, WHO, Gavi, and ministries of health across Central, West, and East Africa. He has advised governments on the design and implementation of national health strategies, organizational effectiveness, immunization programs, surveillance systems, and health system reforms aimed at improving service delivery and population health outcomes.
Ramadane has led multidisciplinary teams, facilitated high-level stakeholder engagement, and supported complex health programs from strategy through implementation. His experience includes strengthening immunization systems, supporting the introduction of new vaccines, improving governance and accountability, and advancing the use of digital health and data systems to inform decision-making. He holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and Real-Time Systems from the University of Toulouse III and is fluent in Wolof, French, English, and Creole.
